Shredded Chicken
So, you saw the bird’s nest egg tart dessert but how’s the rest of the meal. Well, to put it simply…it was really good.

Sea Harbour (Rosemead,Ca) is one of the classier Chinese restaurants in the San Gabriel area.  So no loud chewing and shouting here.  (Not that I find those acts to be degrading or “low class.”
Shark fin soup
One of the first things that comes to mind when thinking of Chinese fine dining is probably shark fin. To be honest,  I believe no fine dining experience will be complete without some shark fin soup.  Braised shark fin soup with chicken minces is just really good.
Shredded Chicken
The shredded chicken is probably the best in the area. The flavor of it is undescribable.
Pork Sparerib
Pan fried pork spareribs. Definitely way better than steamed, as there is actually flavor to this dish.
Goose talon
Goose talon anybody? To some, this may seem a little bizarre but I would definitely encourage you to try it if you haven’t. You’ll probably like it and to be honest it’s not that weird.
Fried Rice with dried scallop
Fried rice with dried scallop.

At roughly 30 dollars a person, I wouldn’t deny the fact that it was quite the bargain.
